Switching is Easy

• Free standard installation by professional technicians

It couldn't be easier to switch to Lafayette's 100% fiber optic network. There are no contracts and no charges for a standard installation. All you have to do is call 99-FIBER or email us. It's a simple process and you'll experience no down-time in service.

You can also visit in person with one of our representatives at our Customer Service Center, 1875 West Pinhook Road. We look forward to serving you!

Please Note:

If you rent or lease your current residence, we will need permission from the property owner to install our services at that address. Our Residential Landlord Permission Form must be completed and signed by the property owener in order for your installation to be scheduled.
