Customer Portal Upgrade Announcement
At LUS Fiber, we’re always striving to improve your experience and make managing your account even easier. We’re excited to announce that we’re upgrading our customer portal with new features designed to simplify your account access and enhance your overall experience.
As part of this upgrade, you'll need to reset your password to log in to the new portal. Don’t worry—it’s quick and easy! If you’ve accessed the portal in the last 6 months, your username has already been migrated. Just follow the simple steps below to reset your password and explore all the improvements!
Additionally, the credentials you create for the new portal will be used for accessing WatchTVEverywhere (WTVE) services, providing you with seamless access across platforms.
How to Log In Using Your Existing Username
- If you are an existing user who accessed the online portal within the past 6 months, your username has been migrated to the new system.
- To access the upgraded portal visit https://lusacp.lusfiber.com/, and use the "Forgot Password" option to set a new password linked to your existing username via your email address.
Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Sign-In Page:
- Navigate to the new portal and click "Forgot Password" on the Sign-In page.
- Request a Recovery Email:
- Enter the email address associated with your portal account.
- Click "Send Recovery Email" to receive a recovery code in your email.
- Check Your Email for the Recovery Code:
- You’ll receive an email with a recovery code that expires in 48 hours. If it expires, you can request a new code by clicking "Forgot Password" again.
- Enter the Recovery Code:
- Input the recovery code from your email and click "Continue".
- Note: You have two attempts to enter the correct code. If you exceed the limit, an "Invalid Recovery Code" message will appear, and you’ll need to restart the process.
- Create a New Password:
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- The password must meet the following criteria:
- 8-20 characters in length
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 numeric value
- 1 special character
- Complete the Process:
- Click "Reset Password & Sign In" to finalize the reset and access your account's Summary page.
