Register for Your New Customer Portal Account
We’ve made it simple to register for our upgraded customer portal, giving you access to your account and all the tools you need to manage your services.
If you haven’t performed an online bill payment in the last 6 months through our old portal, you will need to re-register your account. A guide for this process is included below to help walk you through re-registration.
Additionally, the credentials you create for the new portal will be used for accessing WatchTVEverywhere (WTVE) services, providing you with seamless access across platforms.
Portal Homepage
- When you arrive at the portal at https://lusacp.lusfiber.com/, the Sign-In window will be displayed.
- New users can create an account, while existing users can log in to their profile from this page.
- If you’re new to our portal, simply click Create Account to begin your registration.
How to Register for a New Account
- Enter Your Personal Information:
- Provide your First Name, Last Name, Username, and desired Password in the designated fields.
- Input your LUS Fiber Account Number, which can be found on the first page of your invoice.
- Make sure to enter a valid Email Address.
- Get Your Registration Code:
- Click Get Registration Code and we’ll send a unique code to the email address you provided.
- Check your email for the Verification Code and enter it along with the CPNI Password linked to your billing account.
- If you’ve forgotten your CPNI password, click Forgot CPNI Password and follow the steps to have it sent to your email.
- If there’s no CPNI password on file, you’ll receive an email instructing you to contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Complete the Registration:
- Review the Terms & Conditions, check the box to confirm, and click Continue to finalize your registration.
Forgot Your Username or Password?
No problem! If you’ve forgotten your username or password, just follow these simple steps:
- Click Forgot Username or Forgot Password on the Sign-In page.
- In the recovery dialog, enter the Email Address associated with your portal account and click Send Recovery Email.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to recover your account details and sign in.
