350 MBPS Winter Wonderweb Promotion - Terms and Conditions
This promotion is available exclusively to new residential LUS Fiber customers within the LUS Fiber service territory. The 350 MBPS Winter Wonderweb Promotion is valid from December 6, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
Under this promotion, new customers who sign up for 350 Mbps internet service will receive the first three (3) months of service for a discounted rate of $25 per month. Months four (4) through twenty-four (24) are billed at a fixed promotional rate of $59.95 per month.
Agreement and Fees
- This offer does not require a deposit.
- There are no Early Termination Fees (ETFs) for customers who choose to cancel service during the promotional term.
- A one-time activation fee of $39 applies at the start of service.
By signing up for this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of LUS Fiber’s Residential Subscriber Agreement (available at lusfiber.com). All terms of this promotional offer will be withdrawn if the customer initiates termination of the services included in the promotion before completing the 24-month term.
Installation and Additional Costs Standard installation fees are waived for this promotion. Any installation costs deemed above standard fees, as determined solely by LUS Fiber, will be discussed with the customer prior to installation. Customers are responsible for additional costs, including but not limited to installation/activation fees; equipment charges; applicable state, local, or federal taxes; franchise fees; regulatory costs; Pay-Per-View services; Video On Demand rentals; additional premium channels; directory assistance charges; operator-assisted calls; and any video, internet, or phone services not included in the promotional discount.
Internet Speed and Service Limitations LUS Fiber does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free high-speed internet service, nor does it guarantee specific service speeds. Actual speeds may vary. An Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is required to receive all LUS Fiber residential video, internet, and phone services and is included in the standard installation. Backup battery power is provided by LUS Fiber for phone service in case of power outages; however, phone service, including e911 access, may be unavailable during extended power outages.

connecTV 'Tis The Stream Promotion - Terms and Conditions
This promotion is available to both new and existing residential LUS Fiber customers switching to connecTV within the LUS Fiber service territory. The connectTV 'Tis The Stream Promotion is valid from December 6, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
Under this promotion, customers who purchase ConnectTV service will receive the following benefits for as long as they maintain their ConnectTV service:
- A $50 credit, applied as five (5) nonrefundable and non-transferable credits of $10 each over five (5) consecutive LUS Fiber billing cycles. Bill credits are not redeemable for cash. Cancellation of service voids all remaining credits, and the customer’s account must be in good standing to take advantage of this promotion. Customers who have been hard-disconnected for non-payment within the past 30 days are not eligible for this promotion.
- Access to two (2) additional simultaneous streams.
- An extra 100 Cloud DVR hours added to their account.
- One (1) ConnectTV streaming box provided at no additional cost.
- Option to add LUS Fiber’s Hub City Wi-Fi service for only $10 per month.
